What Are Live Chat Capabilities?

AskHandle is, first and foremost, an automated customer support system with the sole goal of eliminating any manual workload from the customer support services.

We understand that some individuals still like to have the option to jump into the conversation with users and chat by themselves. For this reason, we have added a live-chat capability.

In the Chats section, you can see previous and current chats. If the chat is ongoing and you’d like to join, simply turn off the AI and chat. There’s a toggle named “Use AI”; turn it off and use the text field below the current chat to write your responses, then click on “Send message” whenever you want to send your message to the user.

When the AI is turned off, AskHandle becomes a typical live-chat solution.
