What Are Customer Profiles from Conversations?

As soon as a user engages with AskHandle, a new customer profile is created. Every customer profile is stored and managed in the “Customers” section of your Dashboard. To access your contacts, please hover on the left sidebar menu and click on “Customers”.

In the “Customers” section, you will find several data points about your users. The customer profile consists of user’s contact information, such as name, email address and phone number. Contact information is captured in the pre-chat form, if you have opted-in to have the pre-chat form (“Appearance” -> Pre-chat form).

Along with the contact information, AskHandle also captures several other data points:

  1. User’s referral source (website or page prior to the page where the user initiated the chat)
  2. Actual page where the user initiated the chat.
  3. User’s device
  4. User’s browser type
  5. Quality of the lead
  6. User feedback
  7. Geolocation
