You can see exactly how many credits each AI action uses by signing in to your customer portal, opening the Usage section, and selecting Full credit usage breakdown.
- How much does a credit cost?
- Each plan includes monthly credits, and larger plans give you better value as your usage grows. Paid plans can enable overage if you need extra credits, so your AI agent keeps running.
- Will credits be used in test chats?
- Yes. Test chats use credits because they run through the same AI system as real user conversations. This allows you to test the actual user experience, improve your agent’s answers, and make sure everything is ready before going live. Most setup testing uses only a small amount of credits, but it helps ensure your AI agent is accurate, helpful, and ready for users.
- How does WhatsApp phone number setup work?
- You can purchase a dedicated WhatsApp phone number directly through AskHandle as a separate add-on. The setup is simple and quick: choose the number, connect it to your Facebook account, and start using the WhatsApp channel in just a few clicks.
- Do plans unlock different features?
- All plans include full access to the AskHandle platform from day one. As you move up plans, you gain more included credits and capacity to support higher usage and scale.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- AskHandle is designed to keep your agents running without interruption. With auto-recharge enabled, credits are automatically added as needed, with configurable limits to help you manage and control spend.
- How many credits does an action use?
- The number of credits depends on the complexity of each action. Lightweight tasks may use a single credit, while more advanced or multi-step workflows consume more. This approach keeps pricing aligned with the work your AI agents perform.
- Can I upgrade to a larger plan later?
- Yes. You can move to a higher monthly minimum as your usage grows, or talk to sales for a custom enterprise arrangement.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Included monthly credits refresh each billing cycle. If you need a custom rollover or billing structure, contact sales about an enterprise plan.
- Can I use a WhatsApp number from another country?
- Yes. In most cases, you can use a WhatsApp number from any supported country, not only your own. If you don’t see the country or area code you need among the available numbers, contact us and we’ll check availability.
