How can I view and manage conversation transcripts?

The Transcripts section lets you access and manage all conversations between your AI agents and users. You can search, filter, review, export, or delete transcripts to better understand interactions and improve performance.

Here, you can:

  • Browse all past conversations
  • Filter transcripts by specific AI agents
  • Search for specific messages or users
  • View conversations in different formats
  • Export or delete transcripts

How to access Transcripts

  1. Go to the top-right corner of the platform
  2. Click on your account name
  3. Select “Transcripts” from the dropdown menu

Filtering by AI Agent

If you have multiple AI agents, you can filter transcripts:

  1. Locate the agent dropdown at the top
  2. Select the AI agent you want to view
  3. The transcript list will update automatically

Searching for Conversations

To quickly find a specific conversation:

  1. Use the search bar at the top
  2. Enter keywords such as:
    • User messages
    • Agent responses
    • Sender names
  3. Results will update in real-time

Viewing a Transcript

  1. Click on any conversation from the list (left panel)
  2. The Conversation Details will appear on the right

Available views:

  • Chat View
  • Log View

Exporting a Transcript

  1. Open a conversation
  2. Click “Export”
  3. The transcript will be downloaded

Deleting a Transcript

  1. Open a conversation
  2. Click “Delete”
  3. Confirm the action

⚠️ Note: Deleted transcripts cannot be recovered.


Understanding Conversation Details

Each transcript includes:

  • Conversation ID
  • Date and time
  • Duration
  • Status
  • Full message history

  • Use filters to focus on a specific AI agent
  • Use search to quickly locate conversations
  • Export transcripts for reporting or analysis
  • Review transcripts to improve AI performance

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Not selecting the correct AI agent before searching
  • Deleting transcripts without exporting important data first
  • Overlooking the search feature
  • Confusing Chat View with Log View
