How can I update my profile settings?

The Account settings page lets you manage your personal profile and how you sign in to AskHandle.

From here, you can:

• Upload or remove your profile photo
• Update your display name
• Change the email address used to sign in
• Change your password

How to access Account settings

1. Go to the top-right corner of the platform.
2. Click your account name.
3. Select Profile from the dropdown menu.

This opens the Account settings page.

Update your profile

The Profile section controls the name and photo shown across AskHandle.

Profile photo

Click Upload photo to add or replace your profile picture.

Supported formats include:

• JPG
• PNG
• GIF
• WebP

The maximum file size is 5 MB.

Click Remove if you want to delete your current profile photo.

Display name

Edit the Display name field to change the name shown across AskHandle.

When you are finished, click Save changes.

Manage your sign-in email

Under Sign-in methods, you can see the email address currently connected to your account.

Click Change next to the email address when you want to update the email you use to sign in.

AskHandle shows whether Email & password is connected to your account.

Changing this email affects your AskHandle sign-in method.

Change your password

You can also change your password from the Sign-in methods section.

1. Enter your Current password.
2. Enter your New password.
3. Enter the new password again under Confirm new password.
4. Click Update password.

Make sure the two new-password fields match before submitting the change.

AskHandle Classic sign-in

Connecting an email login is optional for accounts that still use AskHandle Classic.

AskHandle Classic continues to work even if you also connect the newer email-and-password sign-in method.

Tips for account settings

• Use a recognizable display name if you work with other team members.
• Keep your sign-in email current so you can access your account reliably.
• Use a strong, unique password for AskHandle.
• Add a profile photo if it helps teammates identify you inside the platform.
• Remember to click Save changes after editing your profile.
