How can I set up notifications for my AI agent?

Updated May 5, 2026

The Notifications section lets you receive real-time alerts about important events happening in your AI agent conversations. You can choose to get notified via email or SMS so you can stay updated without constantly checking the dashboard.

You can choose to receive notifications via:

  • Email
  • SMS

Both options provide the same functionality — the only difference is the delivery channel.

How to access Notifications

  1. Open your AI agent settings
  2. Navigate to Notifications
  3. Choose between Email Notifications or SMS Notifications

You can choose to receive alerts for the following events:

  • Conversation started
Triggered when a new chat begins (widget, API, WhatsApp, etc.)

  • Conversation ended
Triggered when a chat is closed or completed

  • Lead captured
Triggered when lead data is successfully extracted and saved

  • Question flow completed
Triggered when a user finishes a defined flow in the conversation

Tips & Best Practices

  • Use Email for team-wide visibility
