How can I view and manage my leads?

The Leads section lets you view, track, and manage all the customer information captured by your AI agents. You can see contact details, review conversations, and export lead data for further use.

With Leads, you can:

  • See important customer information at a glance
  • Track where leads came from (agent/workflow/channel)
  • Review full conversation context
  • Export lead data for further use

How to access Leads

  1. Go to the top-right corner of the platform
  2. Click on your account name
  3. Select “Leads” from the dropdown menu

Browsing Leads

The main Leads table shows:

  • Lead name (or Guest if unknown)
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Workflow (AI agent/flow)
  • Channel (e.g., WhatsApp)
  • Conversation end time

You can scroll through this list to view all captured leads.


Searching and Filtering Leads

Use the search bar to find leads by:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Company

Filters

You can refine results using:

  • Workflow filter (select specific AI agent/flow)
  • Date range (set timeframe for when leads were captured)

Viewing Lead Details

  1. Click the eye icon next to any lead
  2. A detailed profile will open

What’s included:

Contact Information

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Company
  • Job title
  • Sender ID

Business Information

  • Budget
  • Timeline
  • Interest level
  • Sentiment

Metadata

  • Workflow (which AI agent captured the lead)
  • Channel (e.g., WhatsApp)
  • Conversation status
  • Start and end time
  • Message count
  • Lead extraction timestamp

Viewing the Full Conversation

Inside the lead profile:

  • Click “View Transcript” to see the full chat conversation
  • This helps you understand context behind the captured data

Exporting Leads

  1. Click “Export CSV” at the top of the page
  2. Download all leads for reporting or CRM import

Deleting a Lead

  1. Open a lead profile
  2. Click the delete icon
  3. Confirm the action

⚠️ Note: Deleted leads cannot be recovered.


Tips & Best Practices

  • Use filters to analyze leads from specific campaigns or AI agents
  • Regularly export leads to sync with your CRM or sales tools
  • Review transcripts to improve lead qualification flows
  • Ensure your AI agent is properly configured to capture key fields

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Not setting date filters when working with large datasets
  • Ignoring workflow filters when analyzing lead sources
  • Deleting leads before exporting important data
  • Relying only on structured data without reviewing transcripts
