How many WhatsApp numbers can I connect with my Facebook account?

AskHandle supports several ways to connect a WhatsApp number, and the limit depends on how the number is added.
The main difference is between:
- Getting a new number from the AskHandle number pool
- Importing an existing WhatsApp number through Facebook
- Connecting a number through Infobip
New numbers from the AskHandle number pool
If you need a new WhatsApp number, you can choose one directly from the AskHandle number pool.
The process is:
- Pick an available number.
- Activate it with Facebook.
- Connect it to your AI agent and go live.
Your subscription includes up to 3 numbers from the AskHandle number pool.
In the portal, you can see your current usage, for example:
Pool subscription: 0 of 3 used
Each new number selected from the AskHandle number pool uses one of these three available slots.
Importing an existing number through Facebook
If you already have a WhatsApp number and want to bring it into AskHandle through Facebook, it does not use one of your AskHandle number-pool slots.
Facebook imports are unlimited in AskHandle.
This means you can connect existing eligible numbers through Facebook without affecting the 3-number AskHandle pool subscription.
Connecting numbers through Infobip
If your WhatsApp numbers are already managed through Infobip, you can connect them directly to AskHandle.
Infobip connections are unlimited in AskHandle and do not use your AskHandle number-pool subscription.
This is useful for businesses that already manage one or more WhatsApp numbers through Infobip and want to connect those numbers to their AskHandle AI agents.
Does transferring or importing a number use a pool slot?
No. The 3-number limit applies only to new numbers selected from the AskHandle number pool.
It does not apply to:
- Numbers imported through Facebook
- Numbers connected directly through Infobip
For example, you could use all 3 available AskHandle pool numbers and still connect additional numbers through Facebook import or Infobip.
Simple rule
New number from AskHandle number pool → up to 3
Existing number imported through Facebook → unlimited
Number connected through Infobip → unlimited
The number-pool counter only tracks numbers selected from the AskHandle number pool.
