How can I purchase a new number?

You can purchase a new phone number to use with the WhatsApp communication channel in AskHandle. Once purchased, the number becomes available in your account and can be used in your WhatsApp flows.
There are two ways to get to the phone number purchasing section:
- From the WhatsApp number menu in the top-right area of your portal.
- From a WhatsApp node inside a flow, if you have already added one.
Both options take you to the same phone numbers section, where you can browse and buy an available number.
Option 1: Purchase a number from the WhatsApp number menu
- Log in to your AskHandle portal.
- Go to the top-right area of your portal.
- Click WhatsApp number.
- You will be taken to the phone numbers section.
- Click Browse Pool.
From there, you can browse available numbers and choose one to purchase.
Option 2: Purchase a number from a WhatsApp node
You can also access the same phone numbers section directly from a WhatsApp node in your flow.
- Open the flow where you want to use WhatsApp.
- Add or select the WhatsApp node.
- Click the WhatsApp node to open its settings.
- Click Go to phone numbers.
- You will be taken to the phone numbers section.
- Click Browse Pool.
This will open the same list of available numbers that you can purchase for WhatsApp.

After clicking Browse Pool, you will see a list of available phone numbers.
You can:
- Browse through the list manually.
- Use the search bar to look for numbers with a specific area code.
Using the search bar is helpful if you want a number that matches a certain region or local area code.
Buy a number
Once you find the number you want to purchase:
- Select the phone number from the list.
- Click Buy.
- You will be redirected to the payment page.
- Choose the payment method you want to use.
- Complete the purchase.
Once the payment is completed, the number is yours and will be available in your AskHandle account.
What happens after purchase?
After the purchase is complete, the number is added to your account and can be used for your WhatsApp communication channel.
You can then activate it, assign it to a specific flow, and use it to communicate with your customers through AskHandle.
