Can the AI include images in its responses?

Yes. The AI can include images in its responses, but only from the images you have uploaded to your AskHandle portal.

To make images available to your AI agent, go to the Files or Photos section in your portal and upload your images. Supported formats include JPG, PNG, WEBP, and GIF, with a maximum file size of 10 MB per image.

When uploading an image, make sure to add a clear description. The AI uses these descriptions to understand when an image should be used and which image is most relevant to include in a response.

Describe each image clearly

Be specific, especially when uploading similar images in the same set. For example, instead of writing “product image,” use a description like “black leather office chair with adjustable armrests” or “front view of the premium support package brochure.”

You can also save and manage images in specific sets. This helps you control which images your AI agent can access and which ones it is allowed to provide in answers.
