General Return Policy

LL Flooring aims to keep customers satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your flooring purchase, you can return it within 90 days of the original purchase date. The merchandise must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Certain restrictions do apply.

Restrictions and Exceptions

To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following restrictions and exceptions:

Clearance items: LL Flooring does not accept returns on clearance items. These are sold as-is and are final sale.
Special order items: Returns are not accepted on special order items, as these are tailored to your specifications.
Opened boxes: Opened flooring boxes are not eligible for return. Keep the packaging intact until you are sure you want to keep the flooring.
Tools and accessories: Returns for tools and accessories are not accepted. These are considered final sale once purchased.

Special Holiday Return Policy

During the holiday season, LL Flooring extends its return policy for gift purchases. Eligible gifts purchased between November 1 and December 31 can be returned until January 31 of the following year. This policy provides added flexibility during the gift-giving season.

To qualify for the holiday return policy, ensure the merchandise meets the general return policy criteria. Note that this policy applies only to purchases made during the specified holiday period.

Refunds and Exchanges

LL Flooring offers options for returns, including refunds and exchanges. For refunds, LL Flooring will process the refund using your original payment method. The refund amount will be for the price paid for the merchandise, minus any applicable fees.

You can also choose an exchange. LL Flooring allows exchanges of equal or greater value within the 90-day return window. If the exchanged item costs more, you will need to pay the price difference.
