This policy applies to AskHandle, our employees and contractors, affiliates, partners, resellers, and any third party acting for us or claiming to promote the website.

What we prohibit

No person or organization may advertise this website, or send people to this website, by unsolicited email, SMS, chat, social message, or any other unsolicited electronic message.

That includes:

Buying, renting, scraping, or harvesting address lists
Sending bulk promotional email to people who did not ask for it
Paying affiliates, partners, or third parties to send unsolicited promotional messages
Using misleading subject lines, forged headers, or hidden sender information

Consent must be obtained before a promotional message is sent. Silence, a published email address, or a past business card is not consent.

What we do send

AskHandle sends email only to people who have a relationship with us: newsletter subscribers, people who requested a demo or other contact, customers, and other recipients who opted in or started the conversation.

Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe method. We honor unsubscribe requests, hard bounces, and spam complaints and do not continue mailing those addresses.

Transactional messages (for example, replies to a support ticket or demo request) are sent only in response to that request.

Affiliates and third parties

Partners and affiliates may not promote AskHandle with unsolicited messages. Email service providers and similar vendors may send only on our behalf, to our consented recipients, and only for the purpose we authorized.

A violation of this policy is grounds for ending a partner, affiliate, or vendor relationship.

Reports

If you received an unsolicited message advertising this website, email privacy@askhandle.com or info@askhandle.com with a copy of the message and headers if you have them. We will investigate and stop unauthorized sending.
