What are in the Account settings?

In this section, you can manage the notifications and reports you receive, change your password, and update your billing information.

You can opt in or out of email and WhatsApp notifications for each new chat you receive. By default, email notifications for each chat are turned on.

You can also opt in or out of the daily report, which includes customer queries within 24 hours. Daily reports are turned on by default.

If you’d like to change your password, simply go to “Change Password”, enter your old password, and add the new password you’d like to use.

In the Billing Management section, you can easily change the plan you currently use and update your payment information.
