Ann Taylor has a clear return policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Items with security tags must be returned with those tags intact.

You can return items at any Ann Taylor store location or ship them back. For shipping, print the prepaid return shipping label from the Ann Taylor website. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked "AS IS" or "All Sales Final"

Items purchased from an Ann Taylor Factory store or Loft store cannot be returned to an Ann Taylor store.
