Shopbop provides a hassle-free return experience. You can return unworn, unused items within 30 days of delivery. If the item didn’t fit or you changed your mind, returning it is simple. Items must have their original tags and any designer packaging should accompany the return.

Initiate a Return Effortlessly

To start a return, log in to your Shopbop account and go to the 'Returns' section. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return, and follow the provided instructions. Shopbop will create a prepaid return shipping label for you. Once your return is received and processed, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees or other charges.

Make an Exchange for a Different Size or Color

Did you receive an item that doesn’t fit or isn’t the right color? Shopbop allows exchanges for different sizes or colors, based on availability. To exchange an item, follow the same process as initiating a return. Select the 'Exchange' option and specify the size or color you want. Shopbop will ship the new item after receiving your return, and will refund or charge any price difference.
