Returned items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached. Ann Taylor can refuse a return if it does not meet these criteria.

Returning Online Purchases

For online purchases from Ann Taylor that do not meet your expectations, there are two return options:

  1. Mail Return: Fill out the return form in your package, secure the item(s) to return, and attach the prepaid return shipping label. Drop off the package at any UPS location or schedule a pickup. A nominal fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.

  2. In-Store Return: To avoid shipping fees or for a quick refund, return online purchases to any Ann Taylor store within 45 days of the original purchase date. Bring your purchase invoice or shipping confirmation email along with the item(s). The refund will be processed via the original payment method.

During the holiday season, Ann Taylor extends its return policy. Purchases made between November 1 and December 25 can be returned or exchanged until January 15 of the following year, provided the regular return guidelines are met.
