One-timerouter

A first-message orchestrator: The system looks at the user’s initial message, identifies what they need, and routes them to the right node or flow. Once routed, the conversation stays in that flow. If the system isn’t confident about the user’s intent, it automatically sends them to a predefined fallback path.

Core mechanics

  • Intent-based routing: Define possible user intents and map each one to the correct node or flow
  • Native graph branching: Routing happens directly in the flow builder, no need for scattered if/else logic in your code
  • Defined fallback path: If the system isn’t confident about the intent, it routes the user to a predefined default flow
