General Return Policy

Living Spaces Furniture allows returns within seven days of delivery or pick-up. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and include all packaging. To start a return, customers can reach the customer service team at customerservice@livingspaces.com or call 1-877-266-7300.

A receipt or proof of purchase is needed for all returns. Customers receive a full refund to the original payment method, excluding delivery or shipping fees. The refund process typically takes 7-10 business days.

Holiday Return Policy

During the holiday season, Living Spaces Furniture extends the return period. Purchases made between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 31 of the following year.

The same return conditions apply, requiring the item to be in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Exceptions

There are exceptions to the return policy:

  • Custom and special orders: Non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Mattresses and foundations: Returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons, but a 90-night comfort guarantee allows exchanges for a different model within 90 days of delivery.
  • Final sale and clearance items: These are non-returnable.
