Beco makes returns simple and convenient. Our return policy is designed to ensure you have a smooth experience, whether you are returning an item due to a change of mind or a product issue.
General Return Policy
Beco provides a 30-day return window for most items from the purchase date. Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and include the original receipt or proof of purchase for eligibility of a refund or exchange.
To start a return, you have two options:
- In-Store Returns: Visit one of our physical Beco stores. Our staff will assist you with the return process, helping you choose a replacement or issue a refund.
- Online Returns: If you purchased your item through our website, you can return it by mail. Navigate to the "Returns" section on our website for detailed instructions. Include the necessary documentation for quicker processing.
Special Holiday Return Policy
During the holiday season, we extend our return policy for gift purchases. Items bought between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st of the following year. This allows gift recipients to exchange sizes, colors, or products.
The general return policy rules still apply. Proper packaging, proof of purchase, and unused condition are necessary for a smooth return process.
