How to provide general responses to the customer queries?

If users ask questions unrelated to your services or that can't be answered with the imported information, you can instruct the chatbot to provide certain information to those queries as well. Simply include a text with your general contact details in the data sources. This could be something like: "For more information or to reach our representatives, please contact us directly at 123-456-7890 or email us at info@company.com." The chatbot is already equipped to respond this way, especially if your contact details are already provided. However, explicitly adding this information ensures consistency in the chatbot's responses to general customer queries.
